Nike+ GPS Free On The Apple App Store

Those of you who are iPhone users, are health concisous and were left behind in the rapture, will want to jump on this. The Nike+ GPS app is free for a limited time on the app store.
First off I don't really care if this app is free on the iOS App store. I'm just using this as an opportunity to test some things on the site. If you guys see some weird html code and what not, don't be alarmed.

Though while I'm here I might as well talk a little bit about getting free stuff. I was watching the most recent episode of the Lifehacker show where they were talking about how free stuff messes with our head.

Apparently getting something for free messes with our ability to make rational decisions. Check the latest episode for more on this topic. What's interesting, is they state that getting free stuff messes with our ability to make rational decisions, and then show us several ways to get things for free. Madness.

Ye New State House

One night after work I headed to a local bar to meet up with some friends. While walking I passed by the State House next to Boston Common. I rarely walk around in the part of the city and I was amazed at how good the building looked at night, and I thought this would be perfect opportunity to utilize the HDR capabilities of the iPhone 4.

I was very pleased with the results and it motivated me to leave the HDR option on for more future shots. 

There's a lot of noise at it's max resolution, but I wasn't expecting perfection coming out of an iPhone camera.
